Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TrustedAV, we deal in digital license keys and downloadable antivirus software.

Cancellations

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as license keys are generated instantly.

Refunds

• Refunds will be provided only in the following cases:

  • You received an invalid/non-working license key (and it fails activation).

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.

• Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake.

  • Your system does not meet the minimum software requirements.

  • You change your mind after purchase.

Refund Process

• To request a refund, email us at support@trustedav.com within 48 hours of purchase with order details.

• Valid refund cases will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
